Pete wrote: "... Attached is a photo of a portrait of my great grandfather William Robins. He was born on the 25th June 1860 and died on the 29 May 1937. He was one of 6 children born to James Robins and Sarah Heath. He also had a half brother from Sarah's first marriage. William married Mary Elizabeth Ann Hickman at St Dunstans in London on the 18 August 1884. They had six children. He ran the butchers shop in Aylburton until his death in 1937, then my grandmother Charlotte Clark (Robins) and my Grandfather Albert took over the business until my gran passed away in 1966. The family then gave up the business".

Pete added: "... This is a picture of my Grandmother taken in the winter of 1947 She was born in 1902 and died in 1966. She was the daughter of William Robins and Mary Elizabeth Ann Hickman of Aylburton. It was taken at the rear of the shop (19 High Street) and in front of what is now 21 High Street, Aylburton".
