Flourmill Colliery

Flourmill Colliery, Bream, July 1964.

A 35 mm transparency taken by Tony Preest showing Flourmill Colliery, Flourmill 'dirt tip', one New Fancy 'tip (now covered in trees) 'in the distance left and New Fancy/Viewpoint? 'tip' - partly excavated in the distance right and Cinderford on the horizon.

Thanks also to Robin Phelps who pointed out "...To this day there are two tips close together, one is the View Point, the other, less obvious and covered in pines, sits next to Russells Lodge"
