"The one taken from Valley Road (above -bottom) shows a rather new building that Rothdean now currently operate from, I don’t know if it was originally built for them or otherwise".

Graham Turner added: "... The building in Station Street was the only building of it's type in that vicinity at the time. It was originally built for R A Lister (also I believe, of Dursley)".

Phil Hancox added: "... Great to see pics of the old area I grew up in. If anyone remembers me it would be nice to hear from you. I now live in Naples, Florida, USA. .."

Terry Halford added (July 2020): "... The main building at Listers was an old WW2 aircraft hanger which was brought down from Gt Windsor Park in London and was put there in 1947".
