The old station at Upper Lydbrook, Gloucestershire.

Margaret wrote (Jan 2008): "This is the disused waiting room at Lydbrook Station. It was used as living accommodation for a while".
Mike Stephens added (Feb 2008): "At one time the Priddys lived
there in the early 1960s as when I was at Berry Hill Secondary School
1960-1964 their daughter was in the same class as me".
Margaret (nee Priddy) added (August 2008): "The dog in the picture is Rebel".
Thanks also to Maurice Scrivens who added (June 2009): "My name is Maurice Scrivens, born in 1925 at Park House, Lydbrook, situated behind the bungalow pictured. In my days as a boy, the building was occupied as a residence by Mrs Welham and her son Ronald, who later moved to Brierley, and kept a shop on the Ruardean Woodside Road, above the Brierley Chapel. Next the bungalow was occupied by Mrs Eveley who had a small boy also named Ronald, after that I do not know any further datails".
