Hilary Russell added (October 2012): "... Back row 2nd right is my dad Ivor Gwynne born 1902. He ran a haulage business in the village for many years located opposite the scout hut on New Road. This is now a cycle hire firm".

Thanks also to Dr Christopher Brown who believes that he has identified his father Horace Brown, 1902- March 1985, from a contemporary photo he has.
